Nokhanya Services (Pty) Ltd was established in 2012 by the founding members Faith Tshepiso Mabena and Bethuel Ncube, and started trading in October 2014 in the Construction Sector, born of a growing need for Black Women Owned building contractors in the Western Cape.

We are an upcoming building contractor with the aim of becoming the leaders within the construction sector, providing the highest-quality workmanship possible and building quality homes at affordable prices. We are based in Blouberg, Cape Town and have projects in Khayelitsha, Philippi, Blue Downs and Mfuleni.

We are 100% Black Owned and 51% Black Women Owned Company with Level 1 BBBEE contributor.

We are affiliated with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC), with the registration number: 1-165895161

We are registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) grade 7GB PE, CRS number: 10034411

We are also affiliated with The Building Industry Bargaining Council (BIBC)employee number: 04465 and Masters Builders & Allied Trades’ Association Western Cape (MBA) (Probationary member)
